About Us

Sule Felix was Born and reared in Nigeria’s Edo State. He continued his engineering studies at the University of Ibadan and the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, where he excelled academically and graduated with a distinction in 2024 for an Msc in Industrial and Production and a second class upper credit in 2005 for a B.tech in Chemical Engineering.
Recognized qualifications in ASQ certified quality engineer and IRCA certified ISO 9001:2015 auditor course add more feathers to his cap.
Sule Felix developed a wealth of testing and calibration laboratory management experience prior to establishing Fefait Engineering Limited. He was employed at Mudiame International Limited, a well-known laboratory for testing and calibration that holds ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 management system certifications. He advanced through the ranks of Mudiame, rising from trainee Engineer to Deputy General Manager. He was involved in a number of high-profile initiatives during this time, which helped him gain a thorough awareness of the potential and problems facing the business. He developed a solid reputation as a trustworthy and knowledgeable engineer because to his capacity to provide creative solutions and his dedication to quality.
 Furthermore, as a technical consultant for Grephil International Limited, he acquires substantial experience in the design and production of split tees, mechanically bolted clamps, and sleeves during his time at UI.
In 2021, driven by a vision to create a company that could provide cutting-edge engineering solutions and contribute to the development of his community, Sule Felix founded Fefait Engineering Limited. The company was established with a clear mission to deliver high-quality engineering services, focusing on sustainability and innovation.
His leadership style is characterized by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. His vision for the company includes expanding its services, adopting new technologies, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Sule Felix is known for his integrity, dedication, and innovative thinking. His ability to lead by example and his unwavering commitment to quality have been key to his success. Outside of work, he enjoys staying updated with the latest technological advancements and exploring new ideas that can be applied to his work. His hobbies include reading, traveling, and engaging in community service activities.
